After watching Madikeri Fort, have a meal at Taste of Coorg. Indian food is nice here. Here you will be offered tasty curry pork, spicy pork and sambar. It's a pleasant experience to order good ice cream sundaes, curry dessert and fruit ice cream. This place is known for delicious marsala. Enjoy great masala chai, dark coffee or iced coffee.
Food delivery is a big benefit of this restaurant. Many guests say that the staff is pleasant at this place. Visitors mention that the service is cool here. We went to THE TASTE OF COORG recently.We went twice for lunch.The food quality is really good, the ambience gives you homely feel , plus it is pocket-friendly. Ideal if you want to eat authentic coorgi food especially non-veg. Aunty prepares and serves food single-handedly.She is very sweet, you will feel as if you are eating at your home. It's a very small eatery , but you can eat your belly full here.Cost for nonveg food for 3 people comes around Rs 750 along with starter. Pepper chicken, chicken biryani, chicken sukka, rice plate , akki roti and neer dosa are to die for.Next time I visit Coorg I will eat lunch only at this place. I love it so much. This eatery closes by 8.30 pm , so if you are planning to go for dinner, I would recommend you to go early. Best place for Coorgi food in Coorg.
