Third class service third class attitude. I wanted to have crispy medu Vada but he put sambar without asking me. When I asked why you didn't ask he says you should have told us first. Arrogantly says we are running this hotel for last 50 years daily 450 customer comes he can we ask everyone. I told him you want to run for more 50 yrs then be customer centric and prioritize customer not your convenience. We serve mendu vada with sambhar on it and that is our way of serving, any one who wants to have vada separate they ask for it and that is how things work. If any of our team talked arrongantly we apologise for it. About dog, yes we have our own pet dog who visit in shop 10 15 minute some days but we again apologies for the inconvenience caused
