I had a mixed experience ordering from Tartine Deep Dish Pizzeria. The first time I tried their Chicago-style deep-dish veggie pizza, it was genuinely impressive. The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and what stood out most was how the owner listened to my request and customized the pizza exactly how I wanted it. Great service and great flavor. Encouraged by that, I ordered again later — this time a Margherita deep-dish — but unfortunately, the crust was undercooked. I reached out to the owner, who acknowledged the issue and asked me to call the next day to sort it out. I did, but nothing was followed up, and the day just passed without any resolution. Overall, the food has good potential, and the first experience was great. But consistency and follow-through on customer service need some improvement.
