Fair prices are something that should be noted about Tart.
I only tried 2 desserts at Tart - the baked cheesecake and the sugar free chocolate pastry. I did not like either. The cheesecake had a fairly decent base but the cake itself was very sour and left a lemony aftertaste. The sugar free pastry was quite literally free of any sweetness at all. Usually sugar free desserts use artificial sweeteners or at least the other ingredients overpower the lack of sugar. However this one was plain bitter, and after one or two bites, almost as inedible as the cheesecake. The place itself is tiny, with no seating. Certainly not one of the best places for dessert in Bombay.
On taking off the wrapper, the cake was very sticky and immediately lost its appeal.
I tasted the red velvet and the chocolate cupcake. The cream on both of these was nice and fluffy but it was too sweet. The cake was bland and not sweet at all.
The cream and the cake did not have the blanace that you expect in a cupcake.
