I had a very disappointing experience at Tapasya Restaurant today. I visited a little early in the morning, around 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., so I understand they might have just been starting their operations. The Vada Sambar took some time to arrive, which was acceptable. However, we had to remind the staff twice about the buttermilk we had ordered before it was served. The most disturbing part was that a cockroach flew into the plate while we were eating. We informed two different waiters about this, but both had absolutely no reaction—no apology, no concern, and no acknowledgment of the issue. Their indifferent attitude was very disappointing. When we finally brought this to the manager’s attention, he was understanding and took the matter seriously, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience left us quite disturbed. We have been loyal customers of Tapasya for last 8 to 10 years, but today’s service and the staff’s attitude were truly disheartening. We hope the management addresses these issues promptly. Tapasya Veg Restaurant has been one of the veg restaurant I like most as have been coming here from long time and they have been consistent in maintaining the quality, hygiene and taste the food they serve.The staff is very good and even owner is very friendly in nature and welcome and attend everyone in person. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
