I cannot state my utter disappointed with my order in words. the order took 1 hr 10 mins to reach my place. restaurant registered phn no. on Zomato was switched of. I ended calling delivery guy to talk to the restaurant and hear they could not deliver cause prior to our order they were busy fulfilling bigger order. Where is the courtesy of letting a customer know that the delay is from your end. Where is a good restaurant quality? being delay in order is one point, the food received was cold too. Food taste goes out of question when the overall order experience becomes a huge disappointment.
