Pork ramen was flavourful and the pork pieces were tender and well cooked. The broth was also flavoured well. The star was the pork spinach dimsums. It was soft and well cooked. The minced pork inside the dimsums tasted great, and the red topping of crunchy watermelon made the entire experience amazing. Must try for people who eat pork. We had one schezuan noodles as well, which was fine. However, the Virgin mojito was too sweet and came with a paper straw. I think as a fine dining eatery, one should be more mindful of glassware and presentation while serving. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
