Disappointing Service Otherwise Good Food My recent visit to Tandooriwala was unfortunately quite frustrating. While the Lemon Chilli Fish we ordered was genuinely delicious and perfectly cooked, the positive experience ended there. The most significant issue was the staff's complete lack of knowledge about the menu. When trying to understand the basics of various dishes, our server was unable to explain ingredients, preparation methods, or even differentiate between similar-sounding items. This made ordering incredibly difficult and ultimately led us to limit our meal to just one item and leave. It's a real shame, as the quality of the food itself seems to be high. However, the inability of the staff to adequately describe their own offerings creates a significant barrier for customers. I hope Tandooriwala invests in proper menu training for their team , as it's a critical component of the dining experience. Staff service is bad. I booked for a corporate booking, Santosh patra named guy didn't give a corporate discount. Poor service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
