forgot to mention that i need boneless
so i called tandoori vault
they charged xtra money 1st of all
and when valet delivered vaults order
it was
worst of worst possible
stale products used in prepration
chicken was not cooked properly
the whole gravy was smelling ugly
it was absolutely yekkkkk ????????????
complained to zomato and hotel both
vault manager said its ok
khraabb nahi hai
khaa ke dekho
theek hai
we cant just such cheap quality items at any cost
they simply declined that they wont exchange the order
they even said its my wish what i have to do with food
so i complained to zomato regarding food
they compensated me on lack of quality service on account of their concerned partner hotel
but not expected such quality & commitment of service from Tandoori Vault
