As always good food, but the Zomato delivery as always messed up and late no fault of the rider, the rider got my trip at 9:29 PM 24 mins after the order was placed.. As he had multiple orders I presume, the chat support guy quickly called me and understood the issue but was initially more worried about how when the order was accepted at 9:06 can it be marked ready at 9:16 PM I told him to focus on the issue of late delivery and how Zomato and it's bot blamed the restaurant for not keeping the order ready or too much rush when there was clearly no rider assignment. Again to clarify Tandoor tawa and karahi good is always good but Zomato's delivery is getting worse day by day
