I had a disappointing experience with the service at this hotel. I had specifically requested a food parcel to be prepared for 8:15 PM. However, when I called to check on it, I was informed that it had already been prepared at 8 PM. This was frustrating, as the timing was clearly communicated in advance. To make matters worse, the person on the phone was rude and dismissive when I raised the issue. Later, when the front desk staff delivered the order and I asked for his name, he responded rudely and refused to provide it. His exact words were, “We don’t force you to order food from us,” which was shocking and unprofessional. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a hotel, as guests expect courtesy and attentiveness, not hostility. Such experiences leave a bad impression and overshadow any positive aspects of the stay. I hope the management takes steps to train their staff on proper customer interaction and ensures better communication in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
