A Disappointing Reinvention of Fish Kabiraji I recently ordered two portions of Fish Kabiraji from Tandoor Park via takeaway, and to my dismay, it turned out to be an unexpectedly disappointing experience. The fish itself was undercooked, while the crumb coating appeared raw, hard, and overdone in parts. What was most disheartening, however, was the so-called kabiraji layer — instead of the traditional delicate web of egg strands, it was a dense, rubbery wrap of starch, flour, and egg, completely overshadowing the essence of this beloved classic. The entire dish felt poorly conceived and executed, almost like a roux-wrapped, burnt, undercooked fish rather than the light, airy kabiraji one expects. Since I had purchased directly from the restaurant, I reached out to their team, sharing images and videos of the preparation. To my surprise, the call I received from their restaurant manager, Mr. Md. Irshad, was far from professional. His tone was dismissive, his attitude defensive, and he chose to end the call abruptly instead of addressing the concern. It’s truly unfortunate when a neighbourhood establishment loses sight of the basics of hospitality and humility. Culinary lapses can be corrected — but grace, listening, and respect remain the true hallmarks of a good restaurant. P.S. I’d sincerely suggest either revisiting the recipe or discontinuing the dish until it does justice to its name. And perhaps, a refresher in hospitality etiquette for the staff could go a long way in restoring the goodwill that Tandoor Park once enjoyed Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1

The service is equally impressive – quick, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of . The ambience is another winner – classy yet cozy, perfect whether you’re coming with friends for a drink , family for dinner , or even a casual date night . The bar-cum-restaurant setup adds a modern and vibrant touch without losing its warmth. Overall, Tandoor Park delivers excellence on every front – food, service, drinks, and atmosphere. This is not the first time we experienced that cheese chicken roll is filled with only mayonees not with cheese in takeaway counter.Its very unfortunate. It costs ₹70 for a single roll. More than ₹10 from normal chicken is not the first tie we experienced that the cheese roll without cheese.
