They don't know how to handle huge crowd. Waited 1.5 hours for a half sawai Don't ever go to the first floor for dining, they don't serve there when a huge crowd hits. Sit on the ground floor. I had a disappointing experience at T&T Thalappara. The service was very poor, with staff showing little regard for customer needs. The shawaya was average in taste, failing to meet expectations.
