What a disappointing experience! The food was average, but the staff’s behavior was far below expectations. They were extremely rude, disrespectful, and impatient throughout our visit. After our food had already been served, we were suddenly told we couldn’t play a simple board game (Sequence). Moments later, another staff member said it was fine—only for three different staff members to return shortly after and insist we stop playing, citing a “rule” that isn’t displayed anywhere in the café. When we asked to see this rule, they admitted it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Instead of resolving the situation politely, they chose to make our experience even more unpleasant—removing the extra table we were using for our food, rushing us to leave, and speaking to us curtly and coldly. Such unprofessional conduct from the staff completely ruined our visit. We will not be returning to TAN Coffee. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
