visited on 5th April 2025 with family1.extremely unclean table, food leftover on seat, had to change table2.off the shelf drink took 25 mins but was served without ice, multiple requests for ice had to be made and it was served after another 20mins,3.no water was offered to guests, 4.had to ask for cutlery multiple times,5.straws served with cocktails were broken, we had to ask for additional straws, got after 10 mins(those were faulty as well)5.Captain was busy watching cricket match on screen6.bill for 3k was served promptly, within 3 mins, covering charges for unordered water bottle7.I called up on manager hoping to give him real feedback, i waited for another 10 mins, and went to ask for him . I was told that he was using washroom and will take time.food was okay, customer service WORST.
