Extremely disappointed: @TalesAndSpirit Nashik.18/5/25Hygiene issues and Unprofessional attitude. 1. Found hair twice in food (chutney & pizza plate), unclean floor, papers lying all over. 2. Staff (Mr. Prakash Sharma) who called himself to be the Manager, was unapologetic & rude: his attitude showed as if "What’s the big deal?" All he said was "Let us know if you want the order to be replaced, else we cannot help. The hair definitely is not from our kitchen". 3. Poor food quality (paneer tandoori, garlic bread, korean bao), it was tasteless 4. Denied service at 11PM though closing is 12:30AM, reason being it was a Sunday, the staff did not want to stay back. This iscompletely unacceptable.Standard of food and services have definitely gone low.Guests deserve a safe, respectful, and high-quality dining experience, and unfortunately, that was far from what we received.
