Your bad review was truly because of the expectations you set by yourselves, and we have delivered 100% of what we promised. 1. We have informed you that we work on a time slot basis and can't extend or swap the time slots at the last moment, so it's your mistake for not being able to make it on time.And we have given you an extra 20 mins of time which you never mentioned in your review. 2. We believe that we mentioned to you on the call about photography that our photographer will be available only if you pre-book photography as part of your package. 3. We have shared the decoration pictures on your WhatsApp before you booked your package, and you said you were okay with this decor and then proceeded to book your slot. But it's not fair to say you are not satisfied after visiting 2 hours late for your slot. 4. I don't know why you feel that way, but we respect our clients and always welcome them with a smile. Maybe your mood was not ready to accept us, so she might have made you feel uncomfortable. 5. We took a stand and captured your pictures with our mobile, as you expected photography in the last moment and felt disappointed. It was really sad to see a 2-star review now, but you left with a smile that day and said it was really good. Next time, kindly be on or before your reserved time to make use of your whole time slot.
