Had a horrendous experience yesterday night from the resturant ( Take a break) renaissance burdwan west Bengal
On the day of Diwali we took a parcel of paneer Kadai and during eating at home we found chicken bone inside it
Picture of the bill and the food is attached
When we referred to the resturant they told that may be the gravy is same so by mistake some bone has come and they responded with a sorry

It is a Sin and a crime from the resturant and no word can justify this act from the resturant

Recommending all not to visit this resturant as they have zero hygiene

Today half an hour back I ordered a chicken chowmein to be delivered at home.the manager was sweet to talk to and he assured that the food would be great.the food was delivered and omg it was horrible.no salt ,no taste just a mixture of some noodles with a handful of burnt chicken shreds.they charge rs 178 and in return give all bogus.if this is the quality god forbid i shall never again visit this place.my rating is in negative only.they don't deserve to get a point
