Place has good ambience, friendly staff, tab club sandwich was Tasty, very satisfying.the bbq pizza was mid, thin crust and too stiff. White sauce pasta was good, the sauce was little too liquid. Lime soda was peace. Lemon tart was not bad. I recommend the club sandwich. This place literally gives you a break from all the hustle in the city. Take A Break in JP Nagar, Bengaluru has such a calm and serene environment, vintage vibes inside the home, and a relaxing garden in the front. We were here for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks they had to offer. The staff is courteous, a decent menu, and they even have a bakery section inside, which is quite fascinating. Parking is limited, so it may be a hassle. Hot Chocolate, the quantity is massive compared to what you get in most places in Bengaluru. Taste-wise wise it was good, not very thick, but decent enough. Iced tea was clearly the best drink; in fact, the iced tea here must be one of the best in the city. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a nice, chilled glass of iced tea. Chicken Quiche was a good start to our food journey here. The meat was well-cooked, you had freshly made fries, and some veggies were provided with the dish. Chicken Lasagna was beautiful. I loved this dish. Personally wanted to thank the chef, as it was one of the best lasagnas we have had in a long time; everything here is just so fresh. Masala Fries had a variety of masala powders sprinkled on it. What I liked about it was that you could make it out that these were freshly cut potatoes and fried when ordered. Will everyone enjoy the masala? I am not sure, but you are bound to enjoy the fresh fries, though. Cold Coffee was ordinary, nothing different from this one. Chicken Stroganoff was another dish that we all cherished at Take A Break. The flavored rice was good, but the curry, however, mesmerized us with its flavors. We usually get thick curry, but this had a little more flow to it, and it made it more enjoyable. We had the Blueberry Cheesecake at the end, and we knew this was made fresh as it had a super smooth texture, blueberries tasted fresh, and each bite felt like soft cotton candy. Come to Take A Break for a calm café vibe and have some of the best food the city has to offer.
