In last 30 days, I visited this restaurant to have the grilled chicken for like 7-8 times, not even a single time I got the food, one time i buyed alfarm and adjusted rest all time i came without eating. Today i went have the grill chicken, the waiting period is one hour very patheticcustomer care, your food is really really good, but you guys don’t know how to expand the business or how to serve the customer. pathetic, pathetic Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Grilledchicken

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff, including the cashier, were incredibly arrogant. I placed an order and, while having food, I decided to order another shawarma. I was told it would take 5 minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I was met with humiliating words from the management staff. They said they wouldn’t process the order unless the payment was made upfront—something the waiter never mentioned. Desperate to get my order, I went inside and paid, only to be told by the manager that I would have to wait another 10–15 minutes. The behavior was unacceptable, and the management was extremely poor. This kind of attitude shows a lack of respect for customers. If they continue like this, the business won’t last long.
