In last 30 days, I visited this restaurant to have the grilled chicken for like 7-8 times, not even a single time I got the food, one time i buyed alfarm and adjusted rest all time i came without eating. Today i went have the grill chicken, the waiting period is one hour very patheticcustomer care, your food is really really good, but you guys don’t know how to expand the business or how to serve the customer. pathetic, pathetic Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Grilled Chicken

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff, including the cashier, were incredibly arrogant. I placed an order and, while having food, I decided to order another shawarma. I was told it would take 5 minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I was met with humiliating words from the management staff. They said they wouldn’t process the order unless the payment was made upfront—something the waiter never mentioned. Desperate to get my order, I went inside and paid, only to be told by the manager that I would have to wait another 10–15 minutes. The behavior was unacceptable, and the management was extremely poor. This kind of attitude shows a lack of respect for customers. If they continue like this, the business won’t last long. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Highly Recommended for Shawaya Lovers! Located on Railway Station Road in Kasaragod, this small restaurant specializes in shawaya chicken and shawarma. We tried their shawaya and a cocktail, and here's our take: Shawaya Chicken: Absolutely outstanding! The meat was soft, juicy, and full of flavor – truly one of the best shawaya experiences I've had. Highly recommended if you're a shawaya fan! Cocktail: While the taste was okay, the price felt a bit steep at 100 Rs, especially considering most places charge between 60-70 Rs for a similar drink. Overall, if you’re in Kasaragod and craving delicious shawaya, this place is a must-visit!
