I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Taj Restaurant. I ordered mutton biryani, but to my surprise, they served biryani with both mutton and chicken mixed together. When I asked the staff why this happened, the response I got was extremely rude and careless – they simply said, “We will change and give you,” as if it was no big deal. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when they are charging such high prices for their food. If I’m paying a premium, I expect the quality and service to match – but this was far from it. The biryani itself was also not tasty and nowhere near what you’d expect from a decent restaurant. Honestly, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go to a better restaurant. Hotel Taj Restaurant is not worth it at all. When I raised my concerns, (The manager, Sulman), responded in a careless and unprofessional manner, showing no interest in addressing the issues. His behavior was rude and dismissive, which only made the situation worse. The health department should inspect the quality of food served in Taj restaurant hotel and take necessary measures to ensure food safety and hygiene. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
