Visited Taj Hotel, Jammu to try their Kashmiri cuisine and it was a wonderful experience. The food was authentic, rich in flavours, and beautifully prepared. Out of all the dishes, the Gushtaba was absolutely outstanding and clearly the highlight of the meal. The overall dining experience was excellent, with great quality and taste. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy authentic Kashmiri cuisine. Service: 5

This was the worst hotel till date that I would have stayed in. The hotel is in the most crowded place and narrowest of the lanes and its impossible to take your car there. With great difficulties we reached to the spot and to our amaze the hotel didn't have a parking spot. The staff did help me with the parking but it almost took us an hour and had to pay 200 for the overnight parking. Had to leave all my luggage in the car as the parking was far from the hotel and on top of it I had to leave the car keys with the parking attendant with all my stuff inside the car. The rooms are no better than staying in 'dharamshala' with no amenities. I had to ask for the water, electric kettle and supplies. Our room was just next to the road it the locals were moving around in their scooters/ bikes honking on top of the sound all night. We could hear the shopkeepers shouting to sell their stuff. There was no hotel staff at checkout and the guard took the payment who had no clue how to swipe a credit card. Still haven't got the invoice. We were driving from srinagar to delhi and stopped enroute in jammu for just a night halt but it turned out to be a disaster. Will never trust fab hotels and their rating policy. Service: 1

The rooms are quiet good while as the food is not appreciable at all .
