**Disappointing Experience with Food Quality and Hygiene** I recently visited Taj Hotels for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience was quite mixed, with some significant disappointments. **Food:** We started with Naan and Paneer Butter Masala, which were both quite enjoyable. The naan was soft, and the paneer was cooked well with a rich, creamy gravy. However, the biryani, which we had high hopes for, was just okay. It had a subtle taste, lacking the bold flavors one usually expects from a well-made biryani. It wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't stand out. The real issue came with the tandoori chicken we ordered for takeaway. After having it, the next day my entire family suffered from food poisoning. This was extremely concerning, and it made me suspect that either old chicken was used or that it was prepared in an unhygienic manner. Such an experience raises serious questions about the food safety practices at the hotel, which is simply unacceptable for a place of this reputation. **Ambience:** The ambience of the restaurant was also below par. The overall vibe didn’t match the expectations I had before visiting, which added to the disappointment of the evening. Overall, while some of the food was good, the issues with hygiene and food safety overshadowed the positive aspects of the meal. Considering that my family had food poisoning after having the food from here, I am deeply concerned and disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and hygiene standards. I cannot recommend Taj Hotels based on this experience.
