On the night in question, we faced unforeseen challenges, including a power outage, which temporarily disrupted our operations. When you requested pizza, we informed you honestly that we had run out due to the busy evening and the technical issues we encountered. Our intention was to maintain transparency and fairness throughout.As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to waive your entire bill, which you declined, mentioning you did not wish to accept charity. Our only aim was to resolve the matter amicably and reflect our genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.We truly value all our customers, especially our local patrons who continue to support us over the years. It is disheartening to know that you felt our attitude was rude, and I assure you that this was never our intention.
