Dada is hands down the best Chinese cuisine chef in Tinsukia. His passion for cooking and no compromise in quality & ingredients is hard to match. Perhaps that has led to his downfall as well because restaurants now only focus on quick profits and feeding people with garbage. Something which dada don't compromise on. His pork chang chun, pork mushroom soup, pork lo mian, pork boil is to die for. Too bad he has shut shop. Food: 5
