We visited Thai Chein for lunch one afternoon. The restaurant was not fully occupied, and the cooling was more than adequate for the hot weather. We ordered Thai raw papaya salad, burnt garlic vegetable fried rice, chili basil mushrooms, paneer hot garlic, and pan-fried vegetable noodles. The delivery was quick, as we didn’t have to wait long. The papaya salad was refreshing, and we particularly enjoyed the chili basil mushrooms, which wes delicious and perfectly spiced. The pan-fried noodles was served with a mild sauce, making it a wholesome dish. The burnt garlic fried rice was just okay. Overall, I would rate the food an 8 out of 10. If restaurants are not interested in giving a quality product via zomato compared to dining , then they should not even bother offering their dishes in Zomato. It just hurts business.

I have so many questions, but I'm going to try and limit them. 1. Chicken pan fried noodles is 97% noodles, 2% capsicum and 1% chicken. Why? 2. The fried ice cream was leaking ice cream from openings. Was it done so because we were the only people inside? 3. Why did the fried ice cream, a dessert, have mayonnaise dressing on the side? 4. Chinese restaurant, pop music? 5. Is it possible to reduce the quantity and improve the quality in doing so? I remember tai chein from 15 years ago. It was a serious and direct competition to hao ming. In fact you could say it was better for a while. Tai chein is now a place you go to when madhuvan is full. The veg noodles were the same taste as any Krishna Sagar. Will be back soon with the hopes of the food improving. Tai chein, you were something else. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
