This is our second time visiting this place. The most unprofessional attitude of Shakibul … we had ordered Beer tower but they didn’t have any chilled beer. We saw him getting warm beer from the storage. He said he will charge us tower rate for the bottle beer since nothing was chilled. But at the time of billing he went back on his words and blamed the customer for drinking bottle beer than taking a tower. The most unprofessional attitude .. we paid the bill what ever was billed but the attitude was the worst.. If the restaurant doesn’t have things .. be upfront about it. If beer is not chilled be honest…customer would change their preferences. This method used wasn’t needed. I don’t think we would visit again or recommend it to other unless someone needs warm beer. Good spacious place , nice ambience , tasty food. we a group of 18 people visited Taahiti and had a wonderful experience. The location is awesome. ample of parking space. The management should definitely improve on the services of the restaurant.
