Tried Churros, it was hell soft and raw from inside. When complaint about it, it was replaced however it was again the same. The staff was adamant to accept it is raw and i was told that this is how Churros are made here. Soft and soggy and raw from inside. Also, the chocolate dip provided was not melted chocolate but just a simple watery Chocolate syrup.. Please train them first before turning other customers unhappy. Taco Bell has always been our go-to option whenever we’re short on time, as they usually serve fresh food and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, my worst experience at Taco Bell was at the Surat Dumas branch. We were served a spoiled rice bowl, and when we requested a replacement, the staff behaved extremely poorly. In particular, a staff member named *Sachin* at the International Business Centre Taco Bell was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He made faces, spoke disrespectfully, and outright denied our request in an unacceptable manner. Eventually, we had no choice but to ask for a refund, which he was also reluctant to process. This experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what one expects from Taco Bell. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
