Taco Bell has always been our go-to option whenever we’re short on time, as they usually serve fresh food and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, my worst experience at Taco Bell was at the Surat Dumas branch. We were served a spoiled rice bowl, and when we requested a replacement, the staff behaved extremely poorly. In particular, a staff member named *Sachin* at the International Business Centre Taco Bell was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He made faces, spoke disrespectfully, and outright denied our request in an unacceptable manner. Eventually, we had no choice but to ask for a refund, which he was also reluctant to process. This experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what one expects from Taco Bell. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
