DLF Cyber city Taco bell, Gurugram Very poor staff behaviour. Served 2 tacos in small single tray. I got tripped and it slipped by mistake. I did nothing got the counter and ordered again, just told them to give me bigger tray next time. They started scolding to me to carry carefully, I should have not have done that. And after that when I asked for review form, they stopped listening to me , totally got ignored. I made no ruckus, no noise, just wanted to settle this quietly. Never going to this outlet ever again. Poor behaviour. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

The food was pretty much what you’d expect from a franchise standard, nothing out of the ordinary. But what really shocked me was the lack of hygiene. The tables were visibly dirty, with what looked like mold buildup from years of neglect. It’s hard to believe this place has only been open for a couple of years the level of grime made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. We asked for a glass, and what we got was honestly disgusting. The transparent glass had turned a yellowish shade, as if it hadn’t been washed properly in a long time. It was really off putting. To be fair, the staff were polite and tried to be helpful. But they seemed untrained and unsure more like they were just standing around than actually serving. It felt like they hadn’t been guided on how to manage cleanliness or customer interaction. This place really needs a serious cleanup and better staff training if it wants to match even the basic expectations of a fast food chain experience. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
