Taco Bell guarantees you good nacho chips, mexican tacos and chalupa. It's a pleasant experience to taste tasty churros. You will be offered great coffee, ice tea or chocolate shake.

Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The friendly staff reflects the style and character of this spot. Fine service is something that people highlight in their reviews. I would like to make a complaint regarding a staff member at Taco Bell, Forum Mall branch. During billing, the staff member was continuously on his mobile phone and call, and appeared very lethargic and inattentive while taking the order. He asked whether we wanted spicy or normal, but I could not hear him properly because he was speaking unclearly while distracted on the phone. Without confirming properly, he continued billing. My daughter then told me what he had asked, and I immediately informed him that we wanted the normal version. However, he still gave us the spicy one. It was extremely spicy and my daughter could not eat it at all. This kind of careless service is disappointing, especially when ordering for children. Kindly make a note of this staff member’s behavior and improve the attentiveness during billing and customer interaction. The video is attached below for reference.

I faced wrost experience in forum vijaja mall taco bell . I am a regular cumstomer in phonix mall taco bell, comparing to that very wrost service in this outlet, not any gradual response , they also didn't took my order and asked me to wait for 30mins , it was a big waiting time i have ever faced. Service: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

Worst place to order from. Didn’t send more than 3 items and their portions of filling in naked chicken was so less. Absolute disappointment. The VR mall one is comparatively much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
