I visited Taco Bell at VR Punjab on 2nd March 2025. After my first order, I completed the survey from the bill and received a coupon code — clearly meant for a discount on the next order. However, when I shared the code with the staff before placing my second order, I was wrongly told that I would receive a cashback instead of an actual discount. This is completely misleading. The survey terms clearly mention a discount — not cashback. It felt like either the staff was not trained properly or they were intentionally misguiding customers. This ruined my overall experience. Taco Bell should ensure their staff are well-informed and honor the promotions they advertise. Very disappointing experience. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Over a period of months the food quality and quantity have declined drastically. When the outlet was not getting much orders,the quality was good but right now when there are more customers, the food is pathetic ,not expected from a franchisee at all, the street vendor does more good than this outlet of taco,may be poor management or cost cuttings Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
