I never thought I’d write a negative review for Taco Belluntil I visited this outlet in TC palya. I have been a Taco Bell customer for over 12 years and have tried multiple outlets across Bangalore—Gopalan, Brookfield, Nexus, Phoenix, Lulu Mall, etc. All of them have consistently met Taco Bell standards. Unfortunately, this TC Palya outlet was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The counter staff was courteous, and they informed us about an offer, which we availed. We placed our all-vegetarian order at 10:32 PM and received all except taco around 10:52 PM, which was acceptable. However, the real issues started after that. We ordered Big Burritos, and to our shock, it contained mushrooms, which are not mentioned anywhere in the ingredient list. When I went back to the counter, the staff initially denied that mushrooms are used in burritos, but after checking the item themselves, they apologized and offered to remake it. By then, we had already consumed around 30% of it. This is extremely concerning—what if a customer has a serious mushroom allergy? Such mistakes can be dangerous. Additionally, one of our items—Naked Veg Taco—was unavailable, so we were told it would be replaced with a Double Decker Taco. That replacement was not served at all initially. We followed up at 11:02 PM, were told it was being prepared, and then at 11:05 PM, a staff member came and asked whether the order was veg or non-veg, despite our entire order being vegetarian. This clearly shows a lack of coordination and basic order awareness. Finally, the taco was served at 11:15 PM, and it was equally disappointing. It was overloaded with paneer, extremely oily, and slippery. Instead of cheese on top, it felt like oil had separated, completely ruining the taste and texture. Overall: Poor food quality, incorrect ingredients, delayed service, and careless handling of orders. This outlet is not at all up to Taco Bell franchise standards, especially compared to other Bangalore locations. Very disappointed and unlikely to visit again unless major improvements are made.
