We ordered the ₹89 Meal Mania (Taco + Fries + Pepsi) as shown in your promo, but were served cinnamon twists instead. This was dine-in, and when we questioned it, staff showed a different screen—clearly misleading. Taco was not even toasted. This is unacceptable from Taco Bell. Extremely disappointed. I recently ordered the Big Bell Box from Taco Bell, and the experience was very disappointing. The burrito tasted completely sour instead of the usual spicy flavor I used to enjoy. The Cinnamon Twists had no sweetness or cinnamon taste — just plain and bland. Even the fries had no salt or spice at all. The overall taste and quality were nowhere near what they used to be. Because of this, I’ve decided I will not be visiting Taco Bell again. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1
