I used my coupon of district to do the payment and the person at conter said that we can't use district or zomato for the payment. Then what was the point of taking district pass to get 250 rupees off vouchers? plus I cant use voucher again

Disgraceful Safety Neglect & Rude Management – My Mother Fell Hard! Location: Taco Bell, Ahmedabad One Mall, 3rd Floor, Restaurant No.7, Plot No.216, T.P. Scheme 01, Sarkari Vasahat Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054 My elderly mother and father visited this Taco Bell for a quick meal. As soon as my mom stood up to leave, she slipped and fell hard on a dangerously wet floor. There was zero caution sign, no warning, nothing — despite the floor clearly having been mopped recently. When we complained, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and offered no apology or assistance. To make matters worse, the staff member who mopped the floor appeared to be a minor (underage) and clearly untrained — a serious violation of labor and safety standards. We have video footage clearly showing the wet floor and manager arguing. This is not just poor service — it’s reckless negligence that caused real harm. My mother is in pain and shaken because of Taco Bell’s failure to follow basic safety protocols. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Safety doesn’t matter here — neither do customers.
