I have been a regular customer at TAAMARA, Gandhi Nagar, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I visited with a friend and we shared one meal. I ate the ragi ball and my friend ate the rice. I requested one extra small cup of sambar, and the waiter not only refused but also insulted me in front of other customers, saying meals cannot be shared. His behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Even after I agreed to pay extra, the staff continued arguing, and the billing person also refused to address the waiter’s behaviour. As a customer who regularly visits the restaurant, this treatment felt very disrespectful. I even called the manager, and he disconnected my call instead of listening. I paid nearly ₹100 extra just to make sure they understand the value of customer respect, but still there was no acknowledgement or apology. TAAMARA seriously needs to train its staff on basic customer service, communication skills, and respectful behaviour.
