Coffee was good, although I ordered French press and they brought it half full! On request it was topped up with hot water, which made the strength and taste perfect. I had to chase my order though. It was pretty quiet and they said "coming" but in fact the barista was standing around on his phone. There is no excuse for that in a higher end cafe. I expect attentive, efficient service. The French toast with bacon was attractively presented. It tasted good, but there was only a very small amount of (greasey) bacon. It's a bit plain really. Atmosphere is pleasant enough, with air-conditioned and wifi as a bonus. Didn't pressure me to leave a I was doing onward travel research, but not exactly friendly either. Trouvaille Café on Princess Street in Fort Kochi is a wonderful new addition to the area, offering a great ambience and a fantastic location. The cafe’s decor is stylish and welcoming, with a cozy yet chic vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxed meal or coffee break. The food is excellent – a must-try is their signature French toast and fresh sandwiches. While it is a tad on the expensive side, the quality of food and the charming atmosphere make it worth it. Located in the heart of Fort Kochi, it's a great spot to enjoy delicious food while soaking in the local vibe. Visited: Jan 2025. A spacious cafe with great drinks and desserts. We had Affogato, Iced Latte & burn cheese cake. Love it. Spacious area. Love the big city cafe vibe in the middle of Kochi tourist area, shopping area. Came here agter our delicious lunch at Canvas restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
