I had a great experience at Toy Boy Pub & Bar in Lulu Mall, Bengaluru. The ambience is very attractive, stylish, and lively. The lighting, music, and interior design create a perfect party vibe and make the place feel energetic and fun. The staff are very friendly, polite, and well-trained. They are quick to help and make sure customers are comfortable. The service is smooth and professional, which adds a lot to the overall experience. The food and drinks are well presented and taste really good. The menu has a nice variety, and everything we tried was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, Toy Boy Pub & Bar is a great place to relax, enjoy good music, good food, and excellent service. Very good place to hangout. We are regular visitors of this place with our friends since from its inception and introduced and recommended many of our friends to this place. After few months gap we visited 2 days back and experience was terrible. AC was switched of due to less guests.DJ ignored our kannada song request. No courtesy from its new manager and staff. Manager Argued for silly reason. Called police. Police didn't say anything to us. Instead police asked us to complaint. Owner Should teach his staff how to treat group of 5 which spent 28K on that night. Everything was nice with previous staff. But we decided not to go back to this beautiful place ! Because there are still many great places in Bangalore for us to explore ! May be there are many more customers for them also can continue to go if they improve and exist.

Also we saw another group was arguing on some excess billing. This shows definitely something gone wrong with this place in recent days.
