Employees are not hygienic,often I found and observed them coughing, rubbing nose and using same hands to pack the bakery items. I experienced this earlier 3 to 4 times in Chandranagar bakery.Today I visited their fort maidan bakery the employee packing was coughing and rubbing nose And surprised by the coincidence. May be they are trained that way so that guliable customers of Palakkad eat unhygienic food. I made very small purchase due to the disgusting and unhygienic act of the employee. Two years back for my daughter ' s birthday I ordered but very next day it became stale. They said they will adjust. Really disgusting. Service: 1
