I waited for 15 minutes... Until I had to call the delivery person...then I got to know there has been some payment issue and the merchant won't dispatch the ice-cream packages...
I was hosting a party next day... Only 28 minutes were left in all other outlets to get closed...and I had to order from other outlet of the top n town where I didn't got the flavor of my choice either...
Very poor communication
