We placed a prepaid order from Tons Food Park through Zomato at 10:36 PM, expecting timely delivery. However, despite waiting for over an hour, we did not receive the order even by 11:48 PM. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of response from the restaurant. We tried reaching out multiple times, but there was no communication or update from their side. In the end, the restaurant cancelled the order without any explanation or apology. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Very bad experience with Tons Food Park. We hope Zomato takes strict action and ensures better accountability from partner restaurants in the future. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Sorry for the inconveniences but it's the fault of zomato from which u placed the order platform is responsible for it not us please try to understand u didn't receive ur order because of zomato company insolvency of technical glitches we are not responsible for it
