According to the visitors' reviews, Japanese and Thai dishes here are tasty and the menu is well-organized. Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked grilled chicken, grilled prawns and black bean soup. Degust good chocolate cakes, curry sorbet and chocolate pie T. K'S Oriental Grill - Hyatt Regency offers. Delicious wine goes well with the nice meal. Great chocolate frappe or good tea are waiting for you at this place.

I went to celebrate my Birthday at Tks on 28th October, 2023. I have been patronising this restaurant for more than 15 years now. I have noticed the quality of service detoriate but this visit I was very disappointed.I went with my father who is 80 years old. He normally sticks to Chinese and Indian. But since we wanted to eat here my parents agreed to come here.My father ordered a soup and it came in a cup. He asked for a bowl. In a 5 star I would accept the server to oblige immediately. But he said with a smirk this is a Japanese restaurant and this is how we serve it. Never said he would get it but then he got the bowl after sometime when the soup was almost over.Apart from this lot of times I saw the staff smile with a attitude like these guys don't fit here just cause of a few odd request of my father. Never expected this from Hyatt staff specially I myself have worked for Hyatt in the middle east in early 2000s and we were trained very differently. This will definitely be my last visit.Not naming any staff but you guys need to train your team.
