I visited Tima Bistro Cafe in Munnar with high expectations but was deeply disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, and when I raised concerns about the service and food quality, I was told that 'everyone is busy.' If the staff cannot manage the workload, they should not waste customers' valuable time. It seems like the cafe is understaffed and ill-equipped to handle its operations efficiently.
