I had booked a table for 2 on the 3rd floor for 09:30 PM at around 05:00 PM, and also reconfirmed the booking at 08:30 PM, clearly informing the concerned front desk person that I would be arriving between 09:30 and 09:45 PM. However, when I reached at 09:43 PM, I was informed by the same staff member that the table had already been allotted to another family at 09:40 PM, without any courtesy call or prior intimation. I was then asked to sit at an alternate location which was uncomfortable, and no proper assistance or alternative arrangement was offered. This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had, and I sincerely hope the matter is looked into seriously so that no guest has to face such inconvenience in the future.
