️ Puruliya Theque – Great Service, Poor Biryani Experience I recently visited Puruliya Theque and I must say, the ambience is really nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Full marks for the staff behavior and pricing — everything seemed reasonable and well-maintained. On service and vibe alone: 5/5. However, when it came to the food, especially the chicken dum biryani — I was genuinely disappointed don't know about other foods. The biryani had no proper flavor, no aroma, and tasted bland. What surprised me even more was the presence of whole cinnamon sticks and cardamom pods (elaichi) just lying in the rice — which completely threw off the taste. I usually never waste food, it honestly hurts my heart to throw away even a single bite. But sadly, this was one of the rare times I couldn’t finish my meal. Even the chicken piece was undercooked, making it uncomfortable to eat. If you're going here for ambience and snacks, maybe it's fine. But if you're a biryani lover, I'd say avoid ordering it unless they improve the recipe and cooking quality. Horrible, road side , gutka and tobbaco in food. Staff not worth the standard not even management. iam a corporate head chef. And u served me gutka in my food . All health standard violated. Il have ur kitchen raided without any warning. It's needed.
