Whoever picks up the phone is an extremely rude person. He just answered and as I started telling him who I was he cut the phone. I was actually calling to offer them a contract for catering to a Covid care center, which would have made them a lot of profit. But, I guess some people just don't have the patience.

Extremely sorry for the experience you have faced .We are always delighted to take the new order however due to miss communication and network issue we could not hear and understand the conversation .We offer to call back in some time but same had been denied.Will be happy to serve any time you want .

First the wrong thali was delivered later instead of acknowledging the fact the owner had audacity to talk at the top of the pitch and not letting you finish your concern and shoot a story rather it was the customer who was to blame there and that she gave wrong two addresses one was the landmark the other was the house number I mean how vague is that!!!!!! If you could simply call and apologize for delivering the wrong food the other party would probably understand and let that go but you would rather put entire blame on the customer, go on making stories. Secondly the quality of food is not up to mark, the chapatis were not fresh, daal had no salt and portion size was too small.

We apologize and acknowledge the fact two address were communicated for delivery as a service partner delivered fresh food to you with in 30 mins. We admited it's our fault and being customer you can never be wrong. While we communicated this to you over call started complaining about our food which is wrong, We serve simple fresh home made food with little oil spices and salt to take care of health so everyone one can consume for long duration. If the expectation was a oily, spicy and salty food which we can't meet sincerely apologize again. We serve a sufficient Portion size and a quality balanced diet meal a person can consume. Happy to serve you again when ever its needed.

Extremely tasty food , which gives you exact homely feeling. I recommend everyone to try and have their food at least once. You will feel that you got it from your own kitchen. All the best Aryan
