Price of Kitkat shake and Oreo shake is 210 each and its sums to 420 but they charged 470 rs and when asked they told extra charges are for bottle. They have also not provided the bill.

The total of ₹471 includes: - Oreo Thick Shake – ₹210 - Kit-Kat Thick Shake – ₹210 - Container Charge – ₹30 - CGST (2.5%) – ₹10.50 - SGST (2.5%) – ₹10.50 The extra ₹30 is a container charge.
