We were a group of 6 people on our way to Dharamshala late at night and we just needed to grab a home-cooked meal anywhere at that point as it was very late. Luckily, we just stopped at this restaurant run by a friendly punjabi family, who even resided there. We never looked at the menu and simply asked them to serve their home cooked meal which turned out to be Sarso ka saag (which is in season) and Makki di roti... and what a blessing it was!! The taste was heavenly and we just stuffed ourselves. We ordered their ghar ki special Rabri which we still crave for just when thinking about it. So go and don't miss their home-cooked food especially. We planned to go there on our way back but sadly had to leave for another place on a different route.
