Report incorrect information
I ordered pasta and it was very hard and uncooked first time. After escalating, they agreed to cook and serve. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, second time it had a big mosquito/ spider found in it. I was truly disappointed spotting a dead insect. On escalating the issue to the manager, Halith, he was very rude in his reply. He said its no big deal.
Not a single apology note or regret for either keeping kids hungry for nearly 45 mins or serving them poor quality food. After me requesting for waiting time snacks for kids, he gave nachos for them which he was not happy to provide.
Don't get carried away by the fake high reviews. It could be paid reviews too.
