We visited the spot yesterday for lunch. Maybe dinner is what you should visit for. However, we went in with expectations. As soon as we entered, we didn't find anyone there to guide us or direct us to a table. After finding our own way, we asked a stewardess if we could be seated the ground floor and she showed us to a free table. Shortly after, we were asked to move to a different location for some reason that the waiter could not specify. We didn't complain and moved up to another table. We ordered a total of 8 dishes. We were warned that the food would take a while, so there no complaints there. Our waitress, Anjali, was quite good. However, a few recommendations and inputs to our order at an earlier time would have been appreciated. We went hoping to try their pizza but we were disappointed as it was only available during the night. Here's what we tried:1. Mozzarella sticks: The presentation looked as if the chef had personal troubles and just threw something on a plate. It had a nice cheese pull and the salsa that came on the side really saved it. 2. Creamy Vegetable Soup: Average soup. It could have had some more flavor. 3. Buffalo Chicken Wings: We ordered it hoping for spicy wings, since that's what Buffalo Wings are. We ended up getting something similar to barbecue wings. The dip was quite good.4. French Fries: The fries were soggy and not seasoned at all. The dip they gave was terrible. The homemade ketchup tasted similar to a South Indian tomato chutney, and they mayo had no salt and no taste. 5. Polenta with Mushroom: Extremely bland with no flavor. The spinach mushroom sauce was decent but the polenta was quite unusual.6. Monsieur Croque: Absolutely the worst item you can order here. It was plain pork in between two slices or bread, cheese and bechamel. None of which had any taste. There was bechamel and cheese on top as well, which you would think is a good thing, but the cheese tasted burnt. The bland sauce, burnt cheese and messy feel was not even slightly appetizing. We asked the waitress to slice our sandwich in halves because of how big it was and she told us that there were knives on the table and that she couldn't take it back to the kitchen to slice it. I did not understand the reason but I can't blame her either. It tasted terrible. When we complained about how bad it was, she said it was made to suit the foreigners' taste, which is why it was bland. Do foreigners not like salt and pepper with their food? How hard was it to tell us that before ordering it? Well, terrible experience and I absolutely regret ordering it. 7. Pondicherry Chicken Curry: This was the only decent item on their menu. It was nice and flavorful. 8. Tiramisu: It was quite good with the right amounts of alcohol, cream and ladyfingers. Okayish portion too. Overall, we didn't have a great experience at all. Maybe it would have been better for dinner but a restaurant that functions from 12 PM to 11 PM must serve good food throughout the time. Disappointing experience and very limited options for vegetarians. You can check it out for their ambiance, but that is all.

I had an average experience in this place today.

I ordered pasta and it was very hard and uncooked first time. After escalating, they agreed to cook and serve. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, second time it had a big mosquito/ spider found in it. I was truly disappointed spotting a dead insect. On escalating the issue to the manager, Halith, he was very rude in his reply. He said its no big deal.

Not a single apology note or regret for either keeping kids hungry for nearly 45 mins or serving them poor quality food. After me requesting for waiting time snacks for kids, he gave nachos for them which he was not happy to provide.

Don't get carried away by the fake high reviews. It could be paid reviews too.

The food comes very quick and I love that the service provider Halith is excellent very kind and respectful and the place is very green and clean
