The man in the red t-shirt, who appeared to be either the manager or owner (uncertain, as no staff wears name tags or uniforms), displayed extremely rude behavior and lacked basic courtesy in communication. After paying for my food parcel, I waited for over 30 minutes near the counter where orders were being dispatched. Instead of addressing my concern politely, he rudely instructed me to stand outside on the right side of the restaurant. When I mentioned my 30-minute wait, he dismissively said it would take another 30 minutes. Every business thrives on professionalism and respectful customer service. If he is an employee, the management should address this behavior and ensure customers are treated with respect. We are accepting your complaints and all it happened due to lack of enough staff. In hotel field it is usual that there will be enough staff when there is no business. The staff will take leave or stop to work only when there is rush. From 20 december we were running the hotel with threestaff less than enough. Then the work pressure makes pressurised those who are in duty and it will be at maximum level when they not getting time to have their food. Any how we apologise you for any discomfort you felt

located in outskirts of vagamon town, prices are reasonable and service is good and minimal seating space. coming to taste ok in types and we can't expect much in tourist places. parking is good and washroom is not that great and clean ! maintenance needed only reason to get disappointed at this place over all everything is good and fine. staff are friendly and helpful they serve with blushing smile which needed to be appreciated !!!
