Hate to say this i wasted food . The food was weird. Microwaved i guess cause the cheese was still cold. Sauce was watery And no flavour at all . I tried putting sauce and salt but i didn't work. I don't know what's weird the food or the rating. I was so hungry but they just ruined it . Fresh lemon soda was was not even made from fresh lime. It smells like rotten lemon. Total waste of money. I had the worst experience ever at The Platform Cafe. The so-called "mouth watering" food was completely tasteless and bland. As for the "cozy and warm ambience" - it was cramped, dirty and noisy! What a joke. There was absolutely nothing relaxing or comforting about this place. The only "open heart" was the bill they gave me - daylight robbery for such terrible food and service! Don't believe a word about their hygiene either. The place was filthy with questionable sanitation. I saw staff handle food with their bare hands multiple times. Disgusting and unhygienic practices. This cafe is an utter waste of time and money. Nothing here matches their bogus claims and descriptions. I felt cheated and insulted by the incompetent staff and overpriced slop they served. Do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible cafe at 14/2B Beadon Street. I bitterly regret stepping foot in this so-called "Platform" Cafe - more like a train wreck!
